Agriedo Hub was born from lived experience. When I started GBRI Business Solutions as a young entrepreneur,
I had the passion and vision to build an agribusiness that connects smallholder farmers to markets. But the
journey was far from easy. As a young woman in agribusiness, accessing capital was a major challenge.
Financial institutions were hesitant to trust a young founder. I also struggled to access technical knowledge, mentorship, and
strong business networks. Many lessons came through trial and error. I soon realized that my experience was not unique.
Across Africa, many young people — especially women — face similar barriers when starting agribusinesses: limited access to finance,
lack of technical skills, weak market linkages, and minimal mentorship support. That realization led to the birth of Agriedo Hub.
Agriedo Hub exists to make the journey easier for youth and women who want to build sustainable agribusiness ventures.
We provide practical training, mentorship, access to markets, and connections to finance — the kind of structured support I
wished I had when I started. Our mission is simple: to unlock the potential of African youth and women in agriculture by ensuring
they have the right knowledge, networks, and opportunities to succeed. Because when youth and women thrive, communities and food systems
become stronger.
