Program Overview
Transforming Future Leaders
Generation Food Accelerator (GFA2) this was a one-year project which was organized and implemented by RIKOLTO East Africa under the AGRI-CONNECT program funded by the European Union (EU), in collaboration with Agriedo Hub, Kiota Hub and Agrihub. The project has been designed for unlocking and motivating innovative business potentials by supporting women and youth aged between 18-35 years of age, who are doing innovative business on the horticultural value chain and nutritional food systems, from the five Tanzania’s Southern Highlands regions; Iringa, Njombe, Mbeya, Songwe and Katavi. GFA focused on capacity building, mentorship, seed funding and matching grant.
